Version 0.5.4 and the autotile translator.

Update 0.5.4 is rather small, just altering some of the values on the sample tileset to be more in line with the guidelines I prescribe in the documentation.

More significant is the release of the autotile translator tool, which is used to translate RPGMaker-style autotiles to Tiled-style tilesets. It was used in the creation of the sample tileset, and has now been released to the public.
