Autotile Translator

Hey everyone who reads devlogs,

This is just a small side-release, giving you an updated version of the autotile translator. This one actually has a GUI, so no more editing the source code. The reason for this release is that I've been working on learning tkinter so I can make an editor for sprite collections, and an updated autotile translator was a good way to test my skills. A tutorial is available at the lemmasoft forums thread.
