Version 0.9.0.2

A minor release prior to the release of the next tutorial this afternoon. This release contains a minor bugfix and a minor new feature.

The bugfix is in regards to the "go_to" command. When I made the code more efficient for version 0.9.0, I accidentally messed with the function for executing that particular command in a way that caused a minor delay between that command and the next command.

The minor feature is the new 'event_conditional' property, which is something that came up in discussion on our Discord. It is a way to only trigger events under certain conditions, such as player directionality. A new test room has been added to portray this functionality.
